Wily Media Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange and Return Policy:

Wily Media offers a 15 day refund and/or exchange for most prints.

To be considered for refund or exchange, all items must be returned in "as new" condition, free of scratches, marks, or other visible defects, and complete with all components and packaging materials.

After 15 days, all prints are considered to be acceptable to the customer, and are non-returnable.

Upon approval of return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The print must be returned with the original invoice, and not a copy;
• The total will be refunded by your original method of payment, or a Wily Media gift card;

Wily Media reserves the right to refuse a refund if any of these conditions are not met.

Wily Media reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for missing or damaged merchandise, parts, or packaging. If Wily Media determines that merchandise is damaged, missing parts or packaging, and a restocking fee will be charged, the customer will be notified within 5 days. The fee charged may vary depending on the item's condition, the state of the item's packaging, and the item value.

All purchases made from Wily Media can be shipped by mail for return or exchange. Please contact Wily Media by email at info@thisiswily.com prior to shipping merchandise. Your shipment will be checked upon receiving it, and any missing or damaged merchandise, parts, or packaging will be reported to you within 5 days.

Shipping, duty, brokerage, and insurance charges are non-refundable. Original shipping cost will be refunded only in the result of an error by Wily Media.
